Focus on energy, sustainability at conference
Leading energy stakeholders recently gathered for
the Caribbean Sustainable Energy Conference 2023
which took place at the Hyatt Regency in Port-ofSpain from June 5 to 7.
Themed, “From Ideas to Action” it signified the
transition from theoretical concepts and innovative
ideas to practical and feasible actions to address the
energy challenges facing the region.
Guardian photographer, Abraham Diaz, attended the
first two days of the conference, during which there
were a number of panels, presentations and
speeches.
Sponsors were also given the opportunity to host
exhibition areas. Day three of the event featured
tours of energy assets in T&T.
But, apart from the panels and speeches, the
Caribbean Sustainable Energy Conference 2023 also
presented networking opportunities for the
participants.
